***Kinks & Coils is a family-owned business, and we are proud to operate with a small, dedicated team. We deeply appreciate the hard work they contribute every day. Our hours of operation- including customer service, and shipping are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. All orders placed after courier pickup on Fridays will be shipped Monday morning, unless Monday is a holiday. While we do our best to get orders shipped the very next business day, our policy indicates a 3 day order processing time frame- regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.***
